University Bachelor’s of Technology (B.U.T.) in Information & Communication

The University Bachelor’s of Technology (B.U.T.) in Information & Communication prepares students to enter into the fields of information studies and communication by giving them all the relevant professional skills and intellectual tools necessary for understanding rapid changes in the field.

The B.U.T. in Information & Communication, which lasts three years, can be done in the standard format or as part of a work-study program (from the 2nd year).

Specializations and Objectives

In addition to the general skill set, students of the program will acquire specialization-specific skills.

In the first year, students of the B.U.T. in Information & Communication can choose from among 3 specializations :

Shared skills for all 3 specializations :

  • Communicating and producing information using a professional style (expression, processing analytics, using foreign languages, knowledge of graphic design, DTP, etc.)
  • Analyzing best practices as well as issues related to communication within an organization, both at the national and international levels (communication and information theory, professional environments, economics, sociology, digital culture, etc.)
