University Bachelor’s of Technology (B.U.T.) in Business Management and Administration

The University Bachelor’s of Technology (B.U.T) in Business Management and Administration (GEA) prepares students for positions of responsibility in the field of management.

Students will be immediately operational on the labor market as they will have mastered accounting, financial and management skills, as well as acquired knowledge of specialized tools. Students will also be taught a range of analytical and reporting skills, and will be able to understand the professional world, allowing them to climb the corporate ladder.

The B.U.T. in Business Management and Administration, which lasts three years, can be done in the standard format or as part of a work-study program (from the 1st year).

 

Specializations and Objectives

In addition to the general skill set, students of the program will acquire specialization-specific skills.

In the second year, students of the B.U.T. in Business Management and Administration can choose from among 4 specializations :

  • Accounting, Tax and Financial Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • Control and Performance Management
  • Management, Entrepreneurship and Operations Management

Shared skills for all 4 specializations : 

  • Analyzing organizational processes in the work environment
  • Using management and decision-making data
  • Managing relations with internal and external stakeholders

Students who wish to further their studies can move on to a master’s program in economics and management, whether in a Business Administration Institute or a specialized business school.
